Alright – I understand that these things look crazy – but they are awesome! Whenever I’m prepping soup for the freezer I bring mine out and it makes getting warm soup into freezer bags super easy! You can zip them closed without having to hold them up at the same time. LIFESAVER!

These are SO helpful! Especially for herbs like cilantro – which for some reason seems to stick to everything after I use a knife! With these – I cut them straight into the bowl!

Home chefs are increasingly using cast iron again because of the excellent sear you get as well as allowing meat to cook in it’s own juices. In fact, all sorts of meals other than steak can be cooked in a cast iron pan. The only problem? They are a bit of a pain to keep clean because you shouldn’t use soap. Here you go – problem solved!
